• 977 DRIVING SCHOOL would request you to read carefully our terms and conditions before you book your driving lessons or make a payment for your driving lessons.
    • Driving lessons start and finish at 1 John street Lidcombe ( outside Lidcombe station corner comm bank)
    • Our standard Driving lessons are 1.5 hr , if you would like to do 2hr lesson please notify us at time of booking. Please note we do not do 1 hr lessons
    • All driving lessons booked with 977 driving school must be paid in full in Advance within 24 hours of making your bookings
    • 977 driving school do not issue refunds for driving lessons cancelled before three business days of scheduled appointments
    • To reschedule driving lessons please notify us before three business days of scheduled appointments.
    • Any cancellations/ rescheduling that occur 72 hours ( 3 business days) or more before the scheduled time are able to re-book their driving lessons at no additional cost .
    • You must have a NSW Learner Licence or an valid overseas License to do a driving lesson with 977 driving school. Please note if you fail to bring your licence you will not be able to take part in the session as such 977 driving school reserves the right to cancel the Lesson and charge you the full Lesson Cost
    • If your licence has expired you are not allowed to drive as such we cannot offer you driving lessons and you will be charged for the full Lesson Cost for the Lesson.
    • If a lesson has to be cancelled by 977 driving school for any reason including illness of instructor or vehicle breakdown, the participant/ student will be offered alternative driving lesson dates or a full refund.
    • If you arrive late for a Lesson 977 driving school Instructor shall only be able to offer you the remaining Lesson time as the Driving instructor they have a commitment to another Lesson immediately after, and you will be charged for the full Lesson Cost for the Lesson.
    • If you do not attend a Lesson (No Show) 977 driving school reserves the right to cancel the Lesson and charge the full Lesson Cost
    • Should you fail to pay for any services including driving lessons and car hire for driving test, your debt will be transferred to a collections agency.  Any additional costs incurred for recovery of the debt will be at the clients expense.
    • 977 driving school Instructors may run up to 10 minutes late on some occasions (depending on traffic conditions), we will try to inform you as soon as we can, students should check their phones for any messages.
    • Overseas licence not in English should be accompanied by English translation of your licence by a person accredited to translate
    • By purchasing our driving lessons and car hire for the driving test it is taken you have read and understood our terms and conditions
    • Please note 977 driving school may be pre-booked up to three weeks or more in advance. Driving lessons are booked on a first come first serve basis. Its your responsibility to book the driving lessons.
    • Please note we do not allow family members or Friends to accompany you during the driving lessons.
    • all driving lessons start and finish at predetermined location please discuss this at time of booking.
    • If you would like to hire car for the Driving Test, Please do not book your test without consulting us
